The 707 Hub is a radically student-centered, boldly anti-disciplinary innovation space that is a catalyst for any student
looking to act on an Idea.

It is where Students, Ideas and Spaces - Connect, Collide and Collaborate.
Welcome from the Director
The 707 Hub at Marquette University supports student founders, innovators, creators and entrepreneurs with mentoring resources, funding opportunities, creative outlets, makerspace trainings and various experiential learning endeavors.
The Hub is for students, by students. A place where any student from any background can connect, collide and collaborate; because at the Hub, entrepreneurialism is a mindset.

Don't let my profile picture fool you, it's from my brother's wedding - you'll never see me in a tie.

Below you will find a number of our Signature Programs and Experiential Learning opportunities that equip students with the skill set that enable them to be the change the want to see in the world, to become innovators for the greater good.
You can also listen to what I had to say about the Hub on the Small Business Edge Podcast.

Brewed Ideas Challenge
In partnership with Brady Corporation
The Brewed Ideas Challenge is only possible through the 707 Hub's longstanding partnership with Brady Corporation. The Challenge is not only the largest event (actually series of events) at the 707 Hub it is also the oldest, celebrating it's 10 year anniversary in 2024. Finalists working with Mentors from Brady, participate in a series of bootcamps to develop their business idea so that they are able to pitch for seed money (think Shark Tank, but with out the equity at stake)!
Methods in Ignatian Innovation
Part of Marquette's Core Curriculum

Though a series of workshops, guest speakers and hands-on activities, students will develop a set of skills and a mindset to help them achieve the change the want to see in the world.
